CRUFC under 16 scrum-half Tom Carpenter has been selected to play for Welsh Exiles U16 versus Berkshire U16 on the 19th October.  Andrew McGahey,  Chair Mini & Youth Section, said "I am extremely pleased to hear of Tom's selection to play for Welsh Exiles Under 16s this season. It is a testament to his hard work and that of the coaching staff at Cambridge."

Last Sunday saw the first session of an initiative designed to involve Cambridge RUFC`s National League squad at the club`s grass roots level as many players became coaches and mentors for the morning`s regular training sessions.
