Under 16s

Cambridge Under 16s have a good squad with several boys representing the County and Eastern Counties last season.  The emphasis is for everyone to enjoy their rugby and develop their game. New players of any experience are always welcome. We train mid-week evenings at Wests Renault Park, Grantchester Road, from 18:15 at the club and play matches on Sunday mornings.

This season will see the introduction of lifting in the lineout and the scrum half being able to cross the line that bisects the scrum, provided he remains behind the ball.

Last season we were lucky enough to have specialised coaching. Adam Barnard (first XV full back/centre)  has been working with the backs,  whilst Kramer Ronaki has been working with the forwards.

Last season we won the U15 County Cup scoring 96 points without conceding any. At the end of the season we toured in France playing Stade Foyen and a Nord Girond select team.
