Vanguards

CRUFC Senior 5th XV, The famous international touring Vanguards are all veterans playing competitive rugby for fun.  We have a full fixture list playing almost every week, rare for a vets side, and can boast international calibre in our ranks.  If you want to play vets rugby at its very best in Cambs, Beds, Bucks and Herts then you need look no further than the Mighty Vanguards.  We have a mix from just vets to past-it vets but we all keep going and we love it.
